The MTV alum recently shared a serious post with her Instagram followers, revealing that she and her daughter were celebrating what would have been Derek Underwood’s 33rd birthday.
Derek was Farrah’s former partner and the father of her one and only daughter.
He died in 2008 just a few weeks before Sophia was born.
Farrah has not shared much with her supporters about Derek prior to the post.
On Monday, she revealed on her Instagram Story that it would have been her baby daddy’s 33rd birthday.
Derek died in a motor vehicle accident when he was just 18 years old.
A month later, their daughter Sophia was born.
She is now 14 years old.
Farrah posted a collage of photos of her and Derek along with screenshots of a long text message that she sent to her teenage daughter.
It began: “Lunch and sweet tea time in memory of your dad Derek today! Lots of love and I’m proud of you over all the time it took me to work through pain body parasite is what they call it.
“But I’m proud of you with and without therapy and the weird communities at times through the years that you never made loss part of your identity and you stayed consistent in your own identity balancing and processing emotions in the most healthiest way.”
Farrah continued: “That’s something to celebrate everyday and the greatest gift of knowing personal inventory for all of life’s wins and transitions.
“love you sophia and proud of you being a leader for me to get out of pain body parasite,” she added.
She also captioned the Instagram Story post and wrote: “There’s so much more to celebrate this year on a loved ones birthday, gratitude, appreciation, memories that last a life time, being a mom to the most amazing gift of a child and having my own identity back after 14-year long journey with loss.

The star also recently shared a lengthy post on what would have been Derek’s 33rd birthday[/caption]
Derek was from Council Bluffs, Iowa, and was only 18 years old when he passed away.
According to his obituary, he was born in Missouri but moved to Iowa at a young age.
Derek graduated from Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson High School the same year that he died.
He was working as a waiter/server at Rick’s Boatyard, a restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska, before his death.
Derek was hardly mentioned in Farrah’s season of 16 & Pregnant.
At one point in the series, Farrah’s mother told her to cut off contact with Derek by blocking his number.
Not long after Farrah distanced herself from Derek, he died in an accident.
On December 28 of that year, he allegedly lost control of his car while he was driving.
It skidded and flipped over onto a power pole, killing Derek and fellow passenger Zachary Mendoza.
At the time, Derek’s sister Kassy told KETV in Omaha that “he would always cook for us, and all his friends, whenever they came to the house, he loved to cook, he was going to go to culinary school.”
His other sister Alissa followed that sentiment, saying that Derek “definitely lived on the edge, but he was responsible, he went to work, came home.”
Farrah has kept Derek’s memory alive for her daughter, bringing her to visit his grave regularly.
DEBRA’S ARREST
In 2010, Farrah’s mom Debra was arrested for an alleged domestic disturbance[/caption]
The reality star’s mother was arrested in 2010 at her home in Council Bluffs following an alleged domestic disturbance with her daughter.
The Southwest Iowa News broke the news, reporting that the apparent disturbance started in the kitchen where Farrah, who was 18 at the time, and her mom were arguing over childcare issues.
Debra is said to have thrown an MTV shirt at her daughter.
The shirt reportedly landed near Sohpia and she began to cry.
The newspaper wrote at the time: “Reports stated [Farrah] was yelling at [Debra] over the incident when [Debra] allegedly grabbed [Farrah] by the throat. [Farrah] pushed [Debra’s] hand away from her, at which time [Farrah] alleges [Debra] struck her on the right side of the head and her mouth.”
When police arrived, they observed several cuts on the side of Farrah’s lips.
TMZ shared similar details about the incident and posted Debra’s mugshot.
At the time, she was living with her mother.
FARRAH’S ARREST
Farrah herself was arrested in 2022[/caption]
In January 2022, Farrah was arrested and charged with battery after she was involved in an altercation in Los Angeles.
The 16 & Pregnant alum was taken into police custody after she allegedly slapped a security guard.
Farrah was arraigned in June of that year in a Los Angeles Court.
A Reddit user, u/lizardjustice and InTouch were the first to break the news of the charges.
Despite the charges, Farrah’s lawyers insisted exclusively to The Sun at the time that the TV star is not at fault and is the “victim” in the dispute.
“The Law Office of Dario C. Gomez, Esq., on behalf of our client, Ms. Farrah Abraham, would like to clarify that no charges to date have been brought against Ms. Abraham in connection with the incident that occurred at Grandmaster Records on January 15, 2022,” they said in an exclusive statement to The Sun, despite Los Angeles Court confirming the charge.
The statement continued: “That is because Ms. Abraham committed no crime, and is, in fact, the victim in all of this.
“Our office is currently investigating the incident further and is in the process of pursuing any and all remedies available to Ms. Abraham for the physical and emotional damages our client has suffered as a result of this unfortunate incident.
“This office is committed to fighting for justice for not only Ms. Abraham, but for all of our clients, and we are confident that the truth will come to light and Ms. Abraham will receive the justice she so rightly deserves.”
CHALLENGING UPBRINGING
In April 2021, Farrah opened up about her childhood.
She posted a picture of herself in high school on Instagram along with a sad confession.
The photo showed her sitting in a hall at school.
Farrah captioned the post: “Depressed me, trying to help & do the right thing, codependent, abusive environment. It was a lot.”
She also posted a snap that showed her as an even younger girl in the collage.

Derek was from Council Bluffs, Iowa, and was only 18 years old when he passed away.
According to his obituary, he was born in Missouri but moved to Iowa at a young age.
Derek graduated from Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson High School the same year that he died.
He was working as a waiter/server at Rick’s Boatyard, a restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska, before his death.
Derek was hardly mentioned in Farrah’s season of 16 & Pregnant.
At one point in the series, Farrah’s mother told her to cut off contact with Derek by blocking his number.
Not long after Farrah distanced herself from Derek, he died in an accident.
On December 28 of that year, he allegedly lost control of his car while he was driving.
It skidded and flipped over onto a power pole, killing Derek and fellow passenger Zachary Mendoza.
At the time, Derek’s sister Kassy told KETV in Omaha that “he would always cook for us, and all his friends, whenever they came to the house, he loved to cook, he was going to go to culinary school.”
His other sister Alissa followed that sentiment, saying that Derek “definitely lived on the edge, but he was responsible, he went to work, came home.”
Farrah has kept Derek’s memory alive for her daughter, bringing her to visit his grave regularly.
DEBRA’S ARREST
In 2010, Farrah’s mom Debra was arrested for an alleged domestic disturbance[/caption]
The reality star’s mother was arrested in 2010 at her home in Council Bluffs following an alleged domestic disturbance with her daughter.
The Southwest Iowa News broke the news, reporting that the apparent disturbance started in the kitchen where Farrah, who was 18 at the time, and her mom were arguing over childcare issues.
Debra is said to have thrown an MTV shirt at her daughter.
The shirt reportedly landed near Sohpia and she began to cry.
The newspaper wrote at the time: “Reports stated [Farrah] was yelling at [Debra] over the incident when [Debra] allegedly grabbed [Farrah] by the throat. [Farrah] pushed [Debra’s] hand away from her, at which time [Farrah] alleges [Debra] struck her on the right side of the head and her mouth.”
When police arrived, they observed several cuts on the side of Farrah’s lips.
TMZ shared similar details about the incident and posted Debra’s mugshot.
At the time, she was living with her mother.
FARRAH’S ARREST

In January 2022, Farrah was arrested and charged with battery after she was involved in an altercation in Los Angeles.
The 16 & Pregnant alum was taken into police custody after she allegedly slapped a security guard.
Farrah was arraigned in June of that year in a Los Angeles Court.
A Reddit user, u/lizardjustice and InTouch were the first to break the news of the charges.
Despite the charges, Farrah’s lawyers insisted exclusively to The Sun at the time that the TV star is not at fault and is the “victim” in the dispute.
“The Law Office of Dario C. Gomez, Esq., on behalf of our client, Ms. Farrah Abraham, would like to clarify that no charges to date have been brought against Ms. Abraham in connection with the incident that occurred at Grandmaster Records on January 15, 2022,” they said in an exclusive statement to The Sun, despite Los Angeles Court confirming the charge.
The statement continued: “That is because Ms. Abraham committed no crime, and is, in fact, the victim in all of this.
“Our office is currently investigating the incident further and is in the process of pursuing any and all remedies available to Ms. Abraham for the physical and emotional damages our client has suffered as a result of this unfortunate incident.
“This office is committed to fighting for justice for not only Ms. Abraham, but for all of our clients, and we are confident that the truth will come to light and Ms. Abraham will receive the justice she so rightly deserves.”
CHALLENGING UPBRINGING
In April 2021, Farrah opened up about her childhood.
She posted a picture of herself in high school on Instagram along with a sad confession.
The photo showed her sitting in a hall at school.
Farrah captioned the post: “Depressed me, trying to help & do the right thing, codependent, abusive environment. It was a lot.”
She also posted a snap that showed her as an even younger girl in the collage.
She was seen grinning wildly at the camera, writing in the caption that her peers predicted at the time that she would one day be famous.
“Before, Happy, survivor in life…Future famous person as my classmates said,” Farrah captioned the shot.

North was dressed comparable to the reality star, sporting a short sleeve midriff jacket and black shredded high-waisted boot-cut jeans.
She kept her jeans stationed around her waist with a gold chain belt.
North’s hair was styled into a sleek half-up ponytail with a swooped bang.
The nine-year-old pulled her look together with Chanel frames and a purse also from the high-fashion brand.

Fans slammed the Hulu personality for maturing her daughter too quickly in a forum on Reddit.
One fan ranted: “This just makes me sad. Childhood is so fleeting and I feel like North is being groomed by her own mother to grow up fast and in the spotlight.
“I just wish she could be a child.”

KIM IN THE MAKING
Fans have been shading Kim for her parenting choices in regard to North since the beginning of the year.
Fans ranted online that they disapproved of Kim setting up North to be the boss of a business when she is still a kid in March.
The U.S. Sun recently revealed that Kim has been prepping North, 9, for her successful future as she filed four new trademarks in her daughter’s name on March 10, 2023.
The first trademark filed is for “non-medicated skin preparations, skin moisturizers, skin lotions, skin creams, skin cleansers.”
North’s beauty line also plans to expand into: “Skin serums, facial oils, body oils, bath and shower gels, bubble bath, body powders, cosmetics, fragrances, hair care preparations,” and more.
The Kardashians star also plans for North to build her own toy business empire, as a second trademark details “toy figures, doll accessories, dolls, drawing toys, infant toys, mechanical action toys, play sets for action figures, soft sculpture toys, bath toys,” and more.
Her toy company may also include: “Children’s educational toys for developing fine motor and cognitive skills, musical toys, toy food, toy cookware, baby gyms, playground balls, and sport balls.”
North’s third trademark promises advertising services and her fourth includes “entertainment in the nature of providing information in means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment and pop culture.”
Kim filed similar trademarks for North back in 2019, but at the time included an additional trademark for clothing.
While Kim appears to be just giving North a headstart, many fans are interpreting her power moves as stripping her daughter of her childhood.
LET KIDS BE KIDS
In an online thread on Reddit, some fans slammed Kim for attempting to make North a mini-version of herself.
One fan judged: “Poor North. At 9 she should have the freedom to want to grow up to be an artist, a singer, an astronaut, a firewoman, an actress, anything.
“But her mother is so GD narcissistic she basically doomed & groomed her into becoming ‘the next Kim.'”

Fans slammed the Hulu personality for maturing her daughter too quickly in a forum on Reddit.
One fan ranted: “This just makes me sad. Childhood is so fleeting and I feel like North is being groomed by her own mother to grow up fast and in the spotlight.

KIM IN THE MAKING
Fans have been shading Kim for her parenting choices in regard to North since the beginning of the year.
Fans ranted online that they disapproved of Kim setting up North to be the boss of a business when she is still a kid in March.
The U.S. Sun recently revealed that Kim has been prepping North, 9, for her successful future as she filed four new trademarks in her daughter’s name on March 10, 2023.
The first trademark filed is for “non-medicated skin preparations, skin moisturizers, skin lotions, skin creams, skin cleansers.”
North’s beauty line also plans to expand into: “Skin serums, facial oils, body oils, bath and shower gels, bubble bath, body powders, cosmetics, fragrances, hair care preparations,” and more.
The Kardashians star also plans for North to build her own toy business empire, as a second trademark details “toy figures, doll accessories, dolls, drawing toys, infant toys, mechanical action toys, play sets for action figures, soft sculpture toys, bath toys,” and more.
Her toy company may also include: “Children’s educational toys for developing fine motor and cognitive skills, musical toys, toy food, toy cookware, baby gyms, playground balls, and sport balls.”
North’s third trademark promises advertising services and her fourth includes “entertainment in the nature of providing information in means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment and pop culture.”
Kim filed similar trademarks for North back in 2019, but at the time included an additional trademark for clothing.
While Kim appears to be just giving North a headstart, many fans are interpreting her power moves as stripping her daughter of her childhood.
LET KIDS BE KIDS
In an online thread on Reddit, some fans slammed Kim for attempting to make North a mini-version of herself.
One fan judged: “Poor North. At 9 she should have the freedom to want to grow up to be an artist, a singer, an astronaut, a firewoman, an actress, anything.
“But her mother is so GD narcissistic she basically doomed & groomed her into becoming ‘the next Kim.'”
Another cosigned: “Imagine if they just let them be kids. Get them a trampoline or something.”

Why does Evil Dead Rise have no Post-Credit scenes?
A post-credit scene – also known as a stinger, end tag, or credit cookie – promises to inject a final element of drama for movie lovers.
They are slotted in after the closing credits have rolled and are often used to introduce the audience to new characters or deliver a plot twist.
Filmmakers also typically use the opportunity to tease a sequel to the flick and fans have become accustomed to seeing them.
So moviegoers were left disappointed to discover that the supernatural horror Evil Dead Rise didn’t have any extras at the end.
However, this has been a running theme throughout the majority of the esteemed film series.
The fourth Evil Dead installment released in 2013 is the only film that included post-credit scenes.
It seems producers are keen to have a creative license at their disposal when considering the content of the next movie.
Director Lee Cronin told Variety he “certainly” had ideas for a follow-up.
He explained: “I didn’t want to bait it for sequels necessarily, even though the ending could be interpreted that way.
“But the ending for me was closing the loop back to the beginning.
“The way the story is told, I’ve got four places I’d like to look at in terms of where to go.
“I’m excited for the potential of what could be next and and really hope that I can be involved in future chapters.”

Evil Dead Rise, released in the US on April 21, 2023, by Warner Brothers, used 1,700 gallons of blood to achieve its gory goal.
The movie enjoyed a strong debut of $23.5million dollars in the States, despite its grisly elements.
Despite there being no post-credit scenes, there is one crafty detail that helps connect Evil Dead Rise to its sister productions.
The protagonist of the first three movies Ash Williams, played by Bruce Campbell, was incredibly incorporated in the latest flick.
He culminated the 2013 edition of the franchise, which introduced new characters, with a post-credit scene that left fans wondering when he would return.
Campbell appears as Ash, simply turning to the camera to say his memorable catchphrase: “Groovy.”
And although he didn’t feature in Evil Dead Rise, his voice did.
Looping back to the history of the movie series, Campbell instead took on the role of the chilling priest speaking on the phonograph records that are unearthed following an earthquake.
He tries to warn off anyone considering delving into the Book of the Dead, while the actor said he wanted fans to interpret the role as Ash being displaced in time after the events of Army of Darkness.
Campbell previously told Collider: “I do have one line of dialogue in the movie. I play a priest.
“You’ll hear me on an old record that is being played back over the speakers.”

But now, the iconic Countdown star has given fans an insight into her time in South Africa, as well as a very important “lie” she told I’m A Celeb producers during her first stint in the jungle.
Speaking of her first time in the jungle, Carol said: “Obviously I wasn’t stupid, so didn’t tell them everything. I lied. I said I don’t like snakes or heights when actually I’m not too scared of them. When I came out of the Australian jungle, I didn’t think I’ve ever go back in so I confessed my two real fears; drowning and claustrophobia.”
The star also opened up about her bond with Fatima Whitbread: “She was outstanding. We always got up at the same time, just before dawn, so we’d have some special time together in camp before everyone else woke up. She’s amazing, we really bonded.”

Amy, 35, posted the video on her personal TikTok page where she was able to share the special family moment with her fans.

The 1000-Lb. Sisters star has been spotted in rare new photos with her estranged husband, Michael Halterman, just hours after they left a Kentucky courthouse, The U.S. Sun exclusively reported.
Amy and Michael, 40, faced off in court earlier that day – where the judge granted their wish to break their strict 500 feet-apart and no-contact rule to swap their vehicles.
The Wednesday prior, Amy dropped the domestic violence claims against Michael in court and met up with her ex later in the afternoon.
Michael stopped by his former marital home to trade his yellow Mustang with Amy’s more modest ride.
He hung out a little longer than just swapping keys – Michael and Amy had both hoods of the cars open and were working with what appeared to be a jumper cable.
While Amy was cold and distant toward Michael during the court hearing, the exes acted cordial yet solemn to each other during the scheduled exchange.
The interaction lasted about 10 minutes before Michael drove off in the opposite car he arrived in.

AMY Slaton has shared a new video that shows a heartfelt family moment with her two sons.
Amy, 35, posted the video on her personal TikTok page where she was able to share the special family moment with her fans.

In the video, her two-year-old Gage danced around on a stick horse toy[/caption]
The video feature’s the TLC star’s two sons – Gage is two years old, and her other son Glenn is only ten months old.
In the clip, Gage was riding around on a stick horse toy as it neighed every time it hit the floor.
Glenn sat in an electric rocker looking at what his older brother is up to.
Gage is wearing a diaper, a green and blue tie-dye shirt, and a pair of socks.
The blond-headed baby boy went right up to his mom and the camera to show off his horse.
Gage then went galloping off into their living room on the back of his vallant and wooden steed.

In the comment section of the TikTok video, Amy was praised for being an amazing mom and keeping her kids on the right track.
One fan said, “Any mama who can keep a pair of socks on thier kid gets an A in my book.”
Another wrote, “I can’t wait for Glenn to start walking so they can both be troublemakers like you and Tammy.”
“Aww, your boys are so sweet and precious. They’re growing up so quick too,” added a third.
Someone wrote, “They are getting so big..they are adorable. Girl, you are rockin’ the single mom thing keep it up you got this.”
WHERE’S THEIR FATHER?
The 1000-Lb. Sisters star has been spotted in rare new photos with her estranged husband, Michael Halterman, just hours after they left a Kentucky courthouse, The U.S. Sun exclusively reported.
Amy and Michael, 40, faced off in court earlier that day – where the judge granted their wish to break their strict 500 feet-apart and no-contact rule to swap their vehicles.
The Wednesday prior, Amy dropped the domestic violence claims against Michael in court and met up with her ex later in the afternoon.
Michael stopped by his former marital home to trade his yellow Mustang with Amy’s more modest ride.
He hung out a little longer than just swapping keys – Michael and Amy had both hoods of the cars open and were working with what appeared to be a jumper cable.
While Amy was cold and distant toward Michael during the court hearing, the exes acted cordial yet solemn to each other during the scheduled exchange.
The interaction lasted about 10 minutes before Michael drove off in the opposite car he arrived in.
Michael then left Amy’s home to take his new car around to a couple of local mechanics.
