ONLOOKERS were horrified as they watched a 12-year-old girl plunge more than 100 feet to the ground in a haunting amusement park accident. Teagan Marti's parents were among park visitors who witnessed the 12-year-old plummet to the ground at Extreme World in Wisconsin.
