BRITAIN'S farmers reckon they can solve the country's energy crisis \- by powering a quarter of our homes with MANURE. The UK's biggest dairy cooperative, Arla, has issued a call to action for the government to tap into a major unused source of energy from farms and the wider food supply chain.
Britain's farmers reckon they can solve the country's energy crisis by powering a quarter of our homes with manure
Nearly 91 million tonnes of manure could be turned into 8billion cubic metres of biomethane Figures show that, with support, nearly 91 million tonnes of manure and slurry and 10 million tonnes of food waste could be turned into 8billion cubic metres of biomethane. This would be enough to heat 6.4 million homes or run around 3.8 million of the UK's buses and heavy goods vehicles. But at the moment, Britain is currently only using a quarter of the 170 million tonnes of organic waste produced in this country each year. James Pirie, vice president of UK logistics for Arla, said: "At a time when energy security is a major concern for the government, businesses, and households across the UK, we're clear about the opportunity presented by waste from farming and the wider food industry. "We've shown that poo power is a viable and reliable source of power, so we're calling for the Government to support British farmers and the waste and energy sectors with their plans for investment in infrastructure. "With the prospect of an unsettled imported energy supply and costs rising significantly for farmers, businesses and families, it would be an incredible waste for the government not to support this opportunity and invest in a robust, more environmentally-friendly approach to home-grown energy." With 2,100 dairy farmers in the UK, the cooperative's farmers' cows produce millions of tonnes of slurry (poo) each year and when coupled with food that would otherwise have gone to waste Arla alone has the potential to turn tonnes of waste into valuable, reliable and sustainable fuel. Increasing the number of trucks being powered by Biogas will result in a reduction in vehicle emissions of 80 per cent and using the digestate coming out of the anaerobic digestion process instead of fertiliser on crops reduces on-farm emissions by a further seven per cent. The dairy cooperative has started to use slurry along with food that would otherwise go to waste from its distribution site in Hatfield to power seven trucks. And the digestate by-product of the anaerobic digestion process is a natural fertiliser that will be used on farms, and which is more stable and less likely to impact on air or water quality. Arla farmer, Ian Barker, said: "Since signing up for the original poo power trial I've been an advocate of using our farms' natural resources to create energy. Three key asks for politicians To enable British farmers to access AD plants and tap into the full potential of poo power (and other organic waste), Arla has three key asks of politicians. • They want them to work with industry and local communities to develop a holistic and nationwide strategy for anaerobic digestion. This will support its use on a centralised, community-based, and on-farm level and promote the use of slurry and manure as a renewable energy source. • It should ensure the new ELMS (Environmental Land Management Scheme) regime provides financial support for the use of digestate as a biofertilizer, recognising that it is safe and more environmentally friendly. • And finally, they want to extend the Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation, which supports the use of biogases in transport, beyond 2032.

TikTok/@sukibaby.jpThe stunning model is a stripper and a nail artist '/ ' The album cover for Drake's Her Loss, which was released this week, is a close-up of her face showing her multi-coloured fake lashes and a gold grill over her front two teeth. It's a stunning rise to fame for the dancer, who was previously the target of vile bullies who targeted her in Japan for the colour of her skin. Ending the debate as to who chose the snap, rapper 21 Savage wrote: ...I Chose This Cover Because This Photo Is So Raw… So Authentic.. Not Fabricated.. Suki Can And Will Only Be Suki.... MY LITTLE FIGHTER Watching my little baby's fight for life inspired me, says Tyson Fury
TOK STARS Simon Cowell reveals he's back on hunt for fresh talent - but there's a big twist Qui, who lives in Huston, Texas, was born in North Carolina before moving to Japan with her mother and father, a computer scientist, who have since split up. She was born Quiana Yasuka, and is of Japanese, Black, and Cherokee descent. Her first language was Japanese, although she claims she speaks more ...slang... than the proper form of the language. Qui describes the name her parents gave her as a ...ghetto Asian name,... on Twitch. She added: ...It's ridiculous. I don't know what my dad and mother were thinking.... 'TWO MORE YEARS' DeSantis bolstered for possible White House bid after Democrat mistakes The dancer claims most people know her as Suki Baby \- her stage name \- but she doesn't really mind which moniker is used. Racist bullying The dancer moved back to America while she was in high school as a result of the constant bullying she experienced in Japan, Complex reports. Talking about her difficult years in Japan, she said: ...The actual reason I ended up coming to America because I was being bullied. ...I was going to school and my teachers would talk so bad about me during nap time,... she told gtalks! Thankfully, she had her mum and grandmother who were determined to protect her. She said: ...My mum used to beat my teachers up. In my city, my mum is known to be that crazy person. My mum is a little hood Japanese woman. She's so small but she's ready.... Passion for nails
InstagramQui was bullied at school for her heritage '/ ' Qui added that while there were people who were Japanese and White, her hair type made her stand out. She claimed her grandma hated seeing the bullying that was happening and encouraged her daughter to take Qui back to the US so she could grow up ...strong.... It was her return to America that saw her fall in love with nail art in the Sixth Grade, when a friend's mum did them as a treat. Qui then started doing it for herself during high school, despite her mum not being thrilled with her little girl wearing acrylics. It led to her forming a friendship with a nail technician who spoke a little Japanese and encouraged Suki to do designs herself. During a chat with podcast GTalks! she said her father gave her the idea of including computer chips in her nail art. Her hard work has paid off and her artworks were featured in a magazine \- something she classes as a milestone for her. Outside of nails, she is also a 3D artist and an exotic dancer with a passion for travel. She originally had two Instagram profiles to separate her modelling work from her work as a dancer. But when both pages were deleted she opted to keep her raunchier Suki Baby page as that was where most of her work came through. Blackmail horror
Instagram/@qui.yasukaShe told her parents that she was an exotic dancer because she was blackmailed '/ ' Qui claims her stage name, Suki Baby, came from a dog her father and his wife bought that she was supposed to have. She called the pooch Suki \- but the pup ended up having too many health issues and stayed with Qui's father. She took on the name as a joke with a flatmate but eventually had to tell her family about her career as an exotic dancer when someone tried to blackmail her. On Twitch Qui said: ... I told my dad and his wife I was a stripper. I didn't tell my mum. My dad said he already knew \- he didn't. He just wanted to say he did. ...After I told them what the name was, they were so ...what the f***'. ...The only reason I told them was that a year or two ago someone was trying to blackmail me. I don't give a f*** about none of that s***. Its not going to help me or hurt me. So I told my parents.... She doesn't use her given name and dancing name to create two different personas. She took on the stage name to give her separation from her exotic dancing work when she was outside the building. During her Twitch videos, she broadcasts from a clean white apartment that has a gold pole in the middle where she practices her dance routines. Devastating illness She also has an Only Fans page, a TikTok and has set up a website to sell her own merch \- but it is currently not up and running. Despite having her body on show as part of the job, Qui is keen to have a boob job. The dancer claims she wants to be a D cup so she fills out her clothes better and jokes: ...I want to slap people with them. You can't slap people with mosquito bites.... While she has been quiet about her love life on social media, Qui spoke about a former boyfriend with Sickle Cell Anemia on gtalks! People with the disease produce unusually shaped red blood cells which can cause long-term health issues. She told how his condition saw him hospitalised for ...two weeks or so... which put her behind with her work \- both nails and dancing. Currently, it is not clear if she has a partner. But she does have more ambitions to be in the public eye. With a Drake cover under her belt, she's now keen to bag a spot in a Pharrell music video. It shouldn't be too hard now she's got the world's attention.

Policewoman Clare Ogden filmed a sex video for her partner while on duty
The former officer arriving at Middlesbrough's Riverside Stadium for a misconduct hearing
She says she deeply regretted taking the videos The footage came to light after her mobile phone was seized by bosses who suspected she had been accessing confidential data from the police computer and sharing it with a colleague as a joke. Last Thursday she was found guilty of two allegations of misconduct \- but a decision on whether or not to take further disciplinary measures was delayed. Today Panel Chairman Stephen Gowland announced she will never be allowed to return to the uniform. He said: "We do consider that taking no further action is not sufficient when considering the nature of the proven allegations, the purpose of the disciplinary regime and the protection of the public. "The panel acknowledge that everyone including police officers can make mistakes. However, there is a point where matters stop being a mistake and become a habit or course of conduct such as the sending of information for non-policing purposes. "The police are in a privileged position and have access to personal and sensitive information that the public rightly expect to be protected and used appropriately. "The public would rightly be concerned to learn of the use of data by the former officer for entertainment or other none policing purposes. "The public would also take a dim view of an officer making a sexual video whilst on police premises and would not expect responsible police officers to engage in this sort of behaviour. "The most appropriate outcome is therefore a finding that the officer would have been dismissed had she still been a member of the police force and that this sanction does fulfil the purpose of the misconduct regime. "The panel take no personal pleasure in making findings of this type and do have empathy for any officer who finds themselves facing misconduct. This unfortunately cannot lead us to make a finding that does not fulfil the purpose of the misconduct regime." ...FOUND IT AMUSING' Former Pc Ogden made the seven second sex tape of her pleasuring herself and two other films after clocking on for her shift at Redcar Police Station. She also used her mobile phone to record highly classified information from the police computer and shared it with a colleague because "she found it amusing". Miss Ogden admitted that making the sex tape "was a five to seven second moment of my life that I will regret for the rest of it" and amounted to gross misconduct. But she maintained that the sharing of the police data while a breach of standards only amounted to misconduct but because "it never went outside the police family". However, the misconduct panel found that both allegations amounted to gross misconduct and were urged that former Pc Ogden should be placed on the barred list. Having ruled that were she still a serving officer she should be sacked, she automatically joins the names of other blacklisted ex cops on the list. Before it was created, disgraced officers fired from one force were free to get back into uniform by joining another one. Barrister Mark Ley-Morgan, for Cleveland Police, had argued for the maximum penalty based on College of Policing guidelines beefed up following the Sarah Everard case. He said: "Members of the public trust the police. They tell the police very sensitive things which are very embarrassing and incredibly sensitive often while they are in crisis. "For them to think police officers will be having a giggle about it is appalling. It really is. There are no other words to describe it. Clearly, there is an abuse of trust here." SECRET SEX TAPE The video had been record while then Pc Ogden was in full uniform and on duty when she went downstairs at the office to visit the bathroom. Miss Ogden, who had followed her mother and father into Cleveland Police, resigned in June 2022 ending a 17 year career in which she received a number of commendations. Her barrister Aisling Byrnes said in mitigation a Commendation letter for her service had literally "landed on her doormat" that very morning. Miss Ogden told the hearing at The Riverside Stadium, Middlesbrough, last week: "I went downstairs in the office to use the bathroom. "It was an ill-judged spur of the moment, in the moment, decision. I do not think I have experienced embarrassment or shame like it. "I just wish I had not done it. It was a five to seven second moment of my life that I will regret for the rest of it." Mr Gowland added in today's judgement: "She accepted that she had taken images of police data on her personal mobile telephone. "She said that some of the data was recorded for a policing purpose and that she used her own mobile phone as she always had this on her. "She said that sometimes her police device was either not charged or left behind by her when she was on duty. "In relation to the images that she forwarded on, she confirmed that these were to another police officer but would not identify them. "She admitted that she sent some of these images on as she found them funny and they appealed to her sense of humour. "She accepted that she had no policing purpose for forwarding the images that she was taken through in interview. "She feels very embarrassed and ashamed about them. In submissions received by the panel, the former officer accepted that the videos breached the standard of professional behaviour in relation to conduct and that her behaviour also amounted to gross misconduct."

"It doesn't go up or down, it doesn't go to the left or to the right, it's just standing there", he said Mota asked controllers at Sao Paolo's international airport if any planes were heading to his airfield, to which they replied there weren't. At one point he said he dimmed the lights on the airport's runway, making the objects come towards the control tower and then, when he turned up the brightness, they moved away. ...Whether they were trying to interact with me, I don't know. What I do know is that they behaved intelligently,... he told the BBC. Around 8pm around 2000 cadets and officers from an air force training school in the same area, reported spotted the lights. Then an hour later, a plane piloted by the president of aircraft maker Embraer reported several objects in the sky as it landed at the same airport. The lights in the sky were also seen from two passenger planes, including one travelling in the interior of Brazil. The air force then swung into action and scrambled its fighters to intercept the objects – but it was not a simple task as the pilots found themselves disoriented by what was happening. ...Sometimes, the pilots had visual contact with the targets, but the radars did not register anything," said Mota. "Other times, the radars even picked up the presence of objects, but the pilots could not see them." Initially three planes were sent up, including a Mirage F-103, which took off at just before 11pm with Captain Armindo Sousa Viriato at the controls. Soon his high performance warplane hit 1,000mph but as he closed in on the UFO, it accelerated to a speed he calculated as 15 times the speed of sound, or 11,500mph.
BBCCaptain Armindo Sousa Viriato said one of the objects was travelling at 11,500mph '/ ' ...If there is a plane that can develop that speed, I don't know of it,... he said in an interview a few years later. Meanwhile, the incredible events taking place in the sky had not gone unnoticed on the ground. Photographer Adenir Britto was working the night shift in the office of his newspaper when he got a tip off that there was a ...flying saucer... over head. Initially assuming to be a prank, he went outside with a reporter and to his amazement saw the objects and began shooting. "It was a unique experience in my career. I never saw anything like it again,... he said. ...Until then, I didn't care whether or not I believed in UFOs. ...But I came to have a different view of this mysterious world. There was no way I could not change my opinion, after all I had the privilege of being an eyewitness and photographic witness.... In a further twist, two air force officers accompanied by the American UFO researcher James J. Hurtak, turned up at the newspaper about a month later. They demanded the editor showed them the negatives of the photos on the pretext they wanted them to be analysed by NASA. They have have never been seen since The incredible events soon seeped out and began to receive extensive coverage in the media. That prompted air force minister Brigadier Octávio Júlio Moreira Lima to hold an unprecedented press conference at which the pilots described what happened. ...I was warned by ground control there were several contacts ahead of me approximately thirty kilometers away,... said one. "I was also warned that contacts were approaching from behind and they came on until they were three kilometres behind me. I had to dive and as I did, the contacts started to climb." Ground controllers told another pilot that thirteen UFOs were pursuing him, six on one side of him and seven on the other, another said. But Octávio Moreira Lima was forced to admit: ...We have no explanation." A 2009 an air force report into the ...Night of the UFOs' concluded that its top brass "are of the opinion that the phenomena are solid and reflect, in a certain way, intelligence". This was due "to the ability to follow and maintain a distance from observers, as well as to fly in formation". Moment of Contact is out now and available to watch on Amazon Prime, AppleTV, Google Play and more.

TOO REAL My life turned into a true crime show after 'Lori Vallow killed my grandson'
DIFFICULT PAST Inside life of Lori Vallow Daybell's son Colby Ryan in his own words Ahead of Wednesday's hearing, Kay told The U.S. Sun that, regardless of what her mental state may be now, she claims Lori knew ...exactly... what she was doing when she allegedly murdered her two children. She also called ...bulls**t... on Lori's purported assertions that JJ \- who had autism \- was in any way possessed by a demon. ...They had his dad 'Charles Vallow ' killed and then moved to a different state and into a different apartment; everything in his world was new. ...He left the school that he loved so much and she changed his world 180 degrees. Cox claimed self-defense but investigators now deem Charles Vallow's death to be suspicious. Before his death, Charles had transferred his $1miilion life insurance policy out of Lori's name and into Kay's after apparently growing concerned about his strange wife's increasingly strange and disturbing behavior. When JJ was found dead just over two years ago, Kay believed Lori had killed her beloved grandson to get back at her for taking the money. But as time has gone on, and the more she has learned about her former daughter-in-law, Kay says she now believes ...it was all about the Doomsday cult she was in.... 'Lori ' didn't want JJ anymore and she was butting heads with Tylee. She wanted to get away from them and she didn't want the responsibility anymore Kay WoodcockJJ's grandma ...Lori wasn't possessed, she knew exactly what she was doing,... claimed Kay. ...It was all about that cult. ...I know she could turn it on and off because she did it with Charles. ...She never brought any of that Doomsday s**t up to me. She was previously ruled to be incompetent in May 2021 after a psychological evaluation deemed her ...unfit... to stand trial. Her competency was restored in April of this year after Vallow spent nine months in an Idaho mental health facility before concerns over her capacity were raised again during a court hearing on Oct. 6. In a separate interview, Kay previously told The U.S. Sun she had been left outraged by the latest ruling, accusing Lori of ...playing games... and manipulating the legal system. ...It seems the only ones getting their way are Chad and Lori,... she said. ...JJ 'and ' Tylee ... didn't get a choice. Kay said had been ...highly anticipating... Lori and Chad's dual trial in January before proceedings were suspended by a judge, insisting she was ...eager... to get it all behind her. She described the prolonged wait as a ...living hell..., and said what is known about the case currently is just the tip of the iceberg \- and more horrors inevitably await. ...I promise you we only know a small bit of the details,... she said, ... I'm not gonna lose my life to Lori Daybell and Chad Daybell. ...I'm not gonna do it. I'm too stubborn.... ...ROT IN HELL' Should both Lori and Chad's trials go ahead as planned, Kay said she will be hoping for guilty verdicts. She also hopes that they both die behind bars, never to see the outside world again. Kay said: ...I just want them to remain behind bars till they die, whether it's being put to death by the state of Idaho, or until they die of old age in prison. ...I don't care whichever way it is, and whatever it is I will accept it. ...But they will pay for it on this Earth, and the Earth time will be easy. ...It's the eternity that's going to be hell. ...And it will be hell.... TRAGIC CASE The twisted saga involving Vallow and Daybell began in September 2019 when JJ and Tylee vanished without a trace just weeks apart. Tylee was last seen on a family trip to Yellowstone National Park on September 8, and JJ vanished in Rexburg, Idaho, on September 22. For several months, Lori had maintained that her children were safe and living with family members in Arizona but refused to disclose where or with whom, and ignored a court order to produce the kids to authorities. Investigators would then make a horrifying discovery on June 9, 2020, shortly after they served a search warrant at the Salem, Idaho home of Lori's husband, Chad Daybell. In the backyard of the property, police found two sets of human remains buried in shallow graves that were soon confirmed to be Tylee and JJ. Tylee's remains had been dismembered and burned, while JJ was found buried in his red pajamas and wrapped in plastic bags with tape covering his mouth, arms, and wrists. Chad Daybell was taken into custody the same day and both he and Lori were later indicted by a grand jury on a number of charges related to the kids' deaths, including first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

MegaChad is appealing to have his trial separated from his wife's. He will appear in court on Nov. 10 '/ ' Lori's devoted brother Alex Cox was also believed to be involved in their murders but escaped charges after his sudden death in December 2019, which was reported to be the result of ...natural causes... spurred by high blood pressure and blood clots wedged in his lungs. Months earlier, Cox had also shot dead Lori's fourth husband, Charles Vallow, during a dispute. The shooting was initially deemed self-defense but the case was reopened after Tylee and JJ were found dead and police now believe Cox shot Charles at the direction of Lori. PROCESS DRAGS ON Prosecutors alleged that Lori wanted JJ and Tylee dead because she had grown convinced \- with encouragement from Daybell \- that they had been possessed by ...dark spirits... and therefore needed to be purged. Chad Daybell's wife Tammy also died during the months-long saga. Her death, which was initially ruled to be the result of a ...cardiac event,... came in October 2019 just two weeks before Vallow and Chad Daybell tied the knot in Hawaii. Authorities now deem her death to be suspicious, with court documents saying that Cox attempted to shoot Tammy in the days leading up to her eventual death. Read More on The US Sun
