Rio Ferdinand is a fan of Arsenal star Bukayo Saka, but shouldn't be prepared to simply accept that he's world-class, eager to see more of the winger within the Champions League.
Saka is having another great season with the Gunners, scoring 13 objectives in all competitions as they challenge on a number of fronts.
The England winger has began to build his Champions League expertise, racking up five appearances within the group stage and will definitely be involved because the Gunners return in the last 16 towards Porto.
Ferdinand has been impressed by the 22-year-old, not simply this season, but ever since he burst into the Arsenal first workforce in the 2019-20 campaign.
Nevertheless, he doesn't need to dish out the 'world-class' tag too readily and thinks Saka has more to show to earn that distinction.
'Not yet,' Ferdinand stated on Vibe with Five on Saka's world-class credentials. 'Pay attention. I feel Saka's been unreal.

'Saka's prime, don't get me incorrect. He's not world-class yet.'
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry had an analogous assessment of Saka, talking on Amazon Prime earlier this season.
'You don't should win a Premier League title to be world-class,' stated Henry. 'For me, I feel he is going in that course if he isn't already there. Players that discover a option to be effective, no matter what you throw at them. They need to be world-class.
'There's a thought process in what he does on a regular basis. When a player performs with the brain. He is going to be ahead of the game.
