AN Outer Banks star has spoken out after he was arrested for allegedly attacking hospital employees on Tuesday.

North, who played Topper Thornton on the present Outer Banks, allegedly punched a nurse in the head and shoved the face of one other nurse, in response to an arrest reported seen by TMZ.

Police stated that he was cuffed to a hospital bed by security officers before being arrested by Las Vegas PD.
