Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have welcomed a second baby collectively.
The 51-year-old actress and the 45-year-old musician took to Instagram to announce their completely happy information in a joint submit.
They wrote: 'We are blessed and excited to announce the start of our son, Cardinal Madden. He's superior and we are all so completely happy he's here!
'For the youngsters safety and privacy we gained't be posting any pictures- but he's a very cute.
'We are feeling so blessed and grateful. Sending much love from our fam to yours. Greatest needs and Good Afternoon!!'
Cameron and Benji – who married in January 2015 – welcomed daughter Raddix in 2019.
The couple's Instagram announcement was showered with love and help from fans and pals alike, with Katy Perry writing: 'One other Earth angel', and Benji's brothers Joel and Josh posting a collection of hearts.
The Dangerous Instructor actress previously gushed about what a terrific dad Benji is.
Talking to talk show host Jimmy Fallon, she stated: 'He's like, Benj at residence, being the perfect dad ever and operating all of his businesses, and then he just will get up there [on stage] and he's like, "Yeah, all proper, pyro! Pfft".
'Yeah, he makes up — he has, truthfully, I'm like, "Why don't we simply…that you must do a youngsters' album," because he has one of the best songs.
'They play in my head all the time as a result of he sings them to her and she or he is aware of the words. And it's the sweetest thing ever. It truly is. It's so…it kills me.'
She elsewhere was claimed to be taking a step back from her career, after announcing a hiatus in 2018, as a result of her long workdays filming 'have been lots on her and she or he hates being away from Raddix.'
In 2021, the award-winning actress gave a rare interview by which she explained appearing was taking her away from other necessary elements in her life.
She advised Kevin Hart's Hart to Hart podcast: '& 'Once you do something at a very high degree for an extended time period, once you're the person who is delivering one thing, you're the individual on the display, all elements of you that isn't that has to kind of be handed off to different individuals.'
Cameron stated this included 'totally different elements of my life, my residence, every facet, from finance, simply the administration of me as a human being, not me as Cameron Diaz the machine.'
She added that while she 'loves appearing' and 'might go eternally,' she realised there have been 'so many elements of my life that I wasn't touching and that I wasn't managing.'
Cameron and Benji met after they have been introduced by Nicole Richie at a celebration, who's married to his twin brother Joel.
