Charmaine Allman lived in her residence in Stone Mountain, Georgia – about 16 miles east of Atlanta – for 20 years when it was stolen out from underneath her.
Earlier this week, she discovered all her belongings within the yard.
The DeKalb County Marshal's Office advised her and her husband that they needed to depart the house on Tuesday.

"They made us feel like we have been squatters," Allman informed ABC affiliate WSB-TV. "Just tossed my stuff out prefer it was trash."
She informed the outlet that a thief used fraudulent documents to take her residence.
To make things worse, Allman's 77-year-old husband was arrested after he refused to go away.
