Erika Eleniak made a rare sighting this week. The former Baywatch beauty showed off fully tattooed arms when she wore a short-sleeved black top with long slacks on Monday. The 54-year-old was at the After Baywatch: Moment In The Sun premiere held at The Bungalow in Santa Monica, California. The blonde model is best known for her days in a red swimsuit as she co-starred with Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff on the TV hit series Baywatch, which ran from 1989 until 2001.
