James Packer's ex-wife Jodhi Meares has listed her newly renovated and heritage-listed 140-year-old Sydney cottage on the market for a jaw-dropping $5million. The fashion designer, 53, purchased the stunning property, located in the exclusive suburb of Watsons Bay, for $2.75m in 2017.
