John Farnham's family have given an encouraging update on the music legend's cancer battle. On Friday, the You're The Voice hitmaker's sons announced their dad was 'keeping positive' after having a cancerous growth removed from his mouth in 2022. The chart-topper was declared cancer-free last August and wowed fans earlier this year when he attended the wedding of his oldest son, Rob and his new bride Melissa. 'He's doing really well,' Rob, 44, said during an appearance alongside his brother James, 36, on Seven's Sunrise.
