Ant and Dec received the accolade for Best Presenters at the National Television Awards on Wednesday as the pair graced the stage at London's O2 once again. This year marks the 23rd year the duo have bagged themselves the honour after they were first awarded the title back in 2001. However, a lot has changed in 20 years, and during their sweet acceptance speech Dec joked the pair had ditched the night's of glamorous showbiz parties for dirty nappies.
