Better Homes and Gardens star Charlie Albone has finally sold his country retreat for $2.2million. Located on the New South Wales Central Coast, the sprawling four-bedroom, three-bathroom property first hit the market in February with a price guide of $3million to $3.2million. Failing to sell, the 2.07hectare property went back on the market in March with a revised listing of $2.45million to $2.65million. Charlie purchased the spread with his wife Juliet Love in 2012 for $840,000, reports The Daily Telegraph.
