Chris Pratt and ex-wife Anna Faris' former LA home is back on the market for $7.5M. The Guardians of the Galaxy star, 45 and the Scary Movie actress, 47 — who split in 2017 after eight years of marriage — first sold their Mediterranean-style estate in 2020 for $4.75M, two years after their messy divorce was finalized. The ex-pair purchased the home in 2013 for $3.3M and were required by divorce proceedings to 'live within five miles of each other until their son completed sixth grade', per The New York Post.
