The 29-year-old model — who split from the One Direction star, 31, in 2021 — posted a glimpse into Khai's baby Yoda-themed bash to her Instagram. Along with a number of snaps from the colorful party, the proud mom — who's currently dating Maestro star Bradley Cooper, 49 — also wrote a gushing caption about her 'adventurous' and 'loving' daughter.
