An Australian-New Zealand pop star resurfaced on Wednesday when he took to the stage at Blake Park in Tauranga. Stan Walker, who has kept himself out of the spotlight in recent years, performed during the New Zealand Women's Sevens Olympic Celebration. He stunned onlookers as he belted out some of his greatest pop and R&B hits wearing the gold medal the women's rugby team won at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
