While many people regard Night Shift (1982) and Mr. Mom (1983) as Michael Keaton's breakthrough films, it turns out Beetlejuice (1988) ended up trumping them both at the box office. And now with the early success of the long-awaited sequel, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (2024), it's clear as to why his son Sean Douglas thinks his dad has reached 'a wonderful, full circle place' in his career. 'I've always been super proud of him,' Douglas, 41, told People of his father, adding, 'And the success of Beetlejuice is incredible.
