Simone Holtznagel has taken to her social media to post a video of a heartwarming milestone she has shared with her new baby. In the short clip the genetically blessed model, 31, can be seen taking a swim in a pool with her five-month old daughter Gia. At one point the doting mum can be seen kissing the forehead of the little tot as she guides the baby across the pool's surface.
