Simone Holtznagel shared an adorable family photo on Monday as she posed with her five month old daughter Gia and 99-year-old grandmother. The model, 31, who shares her tot with ex boyfriend Jono Castano, took to Instagram with the sweet multi-generational snap. In it, she could be seen wearing a leather jacket as she smiled brightly for the camera and cradled baby Gia in her arms. Meanwhile, her bundle of joy appeared to be giggling with Simone's grandmother who was clearly besotted with her great-granddaughter.
