Nick Knowles has hit back at a fan who slammed him for visiting a Harley Street clinic, after suffering a nasty arm injury on Monday. The DIY SOS star, 62, has thrown his future on the show into doubt after revealing he'd injured his arm and shoulder while changing the tyre on his car. At the time, Nick shared he was heading to see a doctor on Harley Street to receive a scan and further medical advice, and he was later pictured following the appointment with his fiancée Katie Dadzie.
