On the latest episode of Tiff's podcast, Bounce Forward, the 40-year-old fitness guru revealed that not going to the same gym as her husband has worked wonders for their marriage. 'So we have a rule for the benefit of our relationship and our marriage that we have separate gym memberships. We go to separate gyms,' she told her audience.
