Helen Flanagan has revealed she has only begun eating bread after suffering from an eating disorder since she was 16. The actress, 34, began her career on the nation's televisions at just ten years old where she starred as Rosie Webster on Coronation Street for twelve years. She then returned to the show for a brief stint in 2017 for a year. Speaking on The Mail's The Life of Bryony podcast, she said: 'When I was about 16, I am naturally slim, but I was obsessed with being seven stone.
