Britney Spears posted one of her signature flesh-flashing dance videos to her Instagram page this Wednesday. The 42-year-old pop superstar was dressed in a nude nightie, which she frequently lifted to show off her pert derriere and her fashionable lingerie. Her song of choice was He Loves Me (Lyzel in E Flat), a Jill Scott recording from her 2000 debut album Who Is Jill Scott?: Words and Sounds Vol. 1.
