Chappell Roan debuted a new lesbian single with country charm during her inaugural performance on Saturday Night Live. On November 2, the same day Kamala Harris made a surprise appearance on the show, the 26-year-old singer first performed her smash hit Pink Pony Club. Afterwards, she got back on stage and sang a brand new song titled The Giver about how she 'gets the job done.' Onstage, she was joined by a fiddler and showed off honeyed twang dripping from her vocals as she performed in a genre unexpected from her.
