James Van Der Beek attended the Sidelined: The QB and Me premiere in West Hollywood on Thursday evening. It was the 47-year-old former Dawson's Creek actor's first red carpet appearance since he announced he has stage three colorectal cancer in early November. For the occasion, the Hollywood vet looked stylish in a brown suit with a yellow-gold windowpane pattern throughout. He added a textured burnt orange sweater underneath and rounded out the sharp look with suede brown loafers.
