Christine Baumgartner's new fiancé Josh Connor seems to be looking to make a fresh start with his love following her divorce from Kevin Costner. Connor, 49, put his five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in Montecito, California, on the market earlier in January, TMZ reported on Thursday, just days after he was reported to have proposed to Baumgartner, 50. The financier, who is the founding partner of Connor Capital SB, should be getting plenty of interest in the spacious home, which features 2,899 square feet.
