Heston Blumenthal has admitted that his kids weren't shocked when he told them he was bipolar. The chef, 58, who has been open about his mental health struggles, received a positive assessment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) back in 2017, before getting his bipolar diagnosis in May 2024. He was admitted to a psychiatric hospital for 20 days in late 2023 after his wife Melanie Ceysson expressed concerns about his wellbeing.
