Jodhi Meares, the ex wife of James Packer, has taken new steps to sell off her amazing Sydney harbourside property in ritzy Watson's Bay. The two-bathroom, two-bedroom two-storey home has been languishing on the market since October, 2024, after it was listed for a whopping $4.8million. Former model Jodhi, 53, snapped up the heritage 'beach shack' in 2017 for a cool $2.75million. The fashion designer has now given the 1880s era former fisherman's cottage a 'makeover' reported The Wentworth Courier on Friday.
