Louise Thompson has shared a heart-wrenching goodbye to her fiancé Ryan Libbey as he heads to Morocco to take on a new challenge. The Made In Chelsea star's fiancé Ryan recently revealed he taking on The Marathon Des Sables - nine marathons across the Sahara Desert. Ryan revealed his motivations for the mammoth challenge is to try and 'move past some of the traumas of the last three years' - after Louise nearly died giving birth to their son Leo in 2021.
