The One Show host Roman Kemp has been axed from hosting the BRIT Awards despite viewers hailing him a huge success at the role. Friends of the star say that he will not return for this year's ceremony which is due to take place on Saturday March 1 at London's O2 Arena after stepping in at the last minute for the 2024 show. It can be revealed that Roman was called as a stand in to replace Idris Elba, 52, who pulled out at short notice.
