Diane von Fürstenberg gave her fans quite the shock when she shared an update highlighting a nasty black eye she recently acquired. The 78-year-old fashion designer posted a selfie to her Instagram on Tuesday that displayed a deep purple bruise surrounding one eye, as well as a slight droop to the affected eyelid. Fürstenberg had a slightly dazed expression on her face as she revealed her injury to her 463,000 followers.
