The 44-year-old model was spotted out on their $1.2 million yacht with her partner Joachim Valente — who spent some quality time with her daughter Vivian on the boat last week — as they sailed near Miami, Florida. Gisele looked shockingly svelte on the aquatic outing, for which she and the father of her youngest child had invited friends aboard to go sailing with them.
