Except it's actually the customer service desk of the Printemps store at 1 Wall Street in Manhattan, the new US outpost of the storied Parisian retailer. I've been to this not-long-opened building twice before already: for a hard-hat tour weeks and weeks ago, when it was being finished, and for the opening night party, when the line of revelers went up Broadway for blocks.
