Two doctors charged in connection with the death of Matthew Perry can no longer prescribe medications. Dr. Mark Chavez and Dr. Salvador Plascencia have had their registrations to prescribe medications revoked, the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) told TMZ on Monday. The publication previously reported over the weekend that both men were still able to write prescriptions. However, according to the DEA, their ability to write prescriptions was stripped last week.
